My name is Michella. I own Cedar Ridge Salon and am a full-time stylist. I have been a stylist and colorist for 20 years. I love what I do and work hard to stay on top of current styles and technologies in all aspects of the industry. I have had Aromaeology spa training with Aveda, have attended numerous advanced hair color, cut and design workshops with Framesi, Vidal Sassoon, Redken, Aveda to name a few. I am also certified in the CHI Transformation System to straighten hair. I use the Alfaparf Color line from Milan, Italy to color my clients. Alfaparf is excellent for gray coverage and boasts a large color palette which provides me with great creative freedom. Italy is where cream hair color was born over 30 years ago, is fashion forward, and still helps to set the tone in both the fashion and hair industries.
I am committed to keeping a positive and professional environment for my clients and stylists who work here. I feel it is important to support the community that we live in by giving back. This salon and its stylists are all very passionate about this. I was the local Look Good Feel Better Stylist for the American Cancer Society for years, volunteered my time to cut and style the children from Belarus withThe Chernobyl Children's Project for a few summers.
